You own your data: We do not claim ownership of your uploaded CVs or speech data.
AI Privacy: Audio recordings from simulations are processed temporarily for analysis but are not sold to third parties.
Subscription rules: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for active months already billed.
Acceptable use: Don't try to reverse-engineer our AI interviewer models.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate your relationship with MockRound Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your use of the MockRound website, simulation tools, feedback processing engine, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
